What is the meaning of 'Rural Transport Poverty'?

Dear all:

Good evening, everybody, I hope you get your work done well.

Please be reminded of our subject: Rural Transport Poverty. What is the meaning of Rural Transport Poverty?

Here is my noting, which belongs to one of my allocated parts:

Ending poverty is paramount for SDG to resolve within the 17 goals, because of its special attribute which might be directly attached to the growing inequality in society and shown as the root of the social conflict and resistance to world economic growth. Moreover, poverty in most nations shows rural areas are more outstanding than urban areas. Therefore, the authority tends to start from the rural district when formulating institutional poverty alleviation plans.

“Rural Transport Poverty” is part of poverty that pointed to the citizens who cannot satisfy themselves with the limited transport system including the affordability of transport, unavailability, inaccessibility of transport, time-consuming, etc. Limited transportation is quite common in suburban areas with the undeveloped local economic environment, low salaries, and living standards of the human being there.

I hope this part might be useful for you to get more in-depth thinking of your writing. There are many restricted words: transportation, poverty, Rural, Northern Ireland, Finance, and the role of the government. When you commence on the topic, I sincerely wish you can take all the words into deliberation.

The Northern Ireland government cannot be generalized as the British government, here is not China, NI government has its own ruling powers of NI in accordance with the local situation. Many of you think the government is the god, their decisions are always right and can do everything for us. To be specific, the Chinese government might have funds to do everything (I don't know where their funds from), but most of the West might not, they need to raise the fund when they commence a new program, if not… Moreover, Scotland and Northern Ireland can secede from Britain by referendum, can you see this happen in China?......

Please be attentive once again and be careful to deviate from the subject.

Thank you.

Kinds Regard

Jack Kelso
